This is not a programme. It has no modules, no frameworks, and no deliverables in the conventional sense.

Over the course of several days I spend time with you across different environments. These are a mixture of professional and personal, structured and unstructured, familiar and deliberately unfamiliar. I want to see how you operate when you're the most competent person in the room. And I want to see what happens when you're not.

I'll meet you in your world. And then I'll take you out of it.

What emerges from that process is different for every person. But it always begins with the same question: are you doing this because it's genuinely yours, or because somewhere along the way it became what was expected of you, and you're trying to fulfill someone else's idea of your potential?

Most people at your level have never been asked that question by someone with no agenda attached to the answer.

Who pays
This engagement is typically funded by the employer. The return on investment is straightforward: a senior leader who either recommits with genuine conviction, or exits cleanly and with dignity. Both outcomes are significantly more valuable than the alternative: someone technically/ operationally capable, going through the motions, at the top of your organisation.

Availability
I work with a very small number of people each year. If you're interested in exploring whether this is right for you or your organisation, the first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
