It's not your style, your approach, or your reputation.

It's what's underneath.

As a leader, you may have lost sight of where you end, and your role begins - you've been shaped by the job's expectations, crises, successes, and the unspoken agreement that professionalism requires adaptation.

At some point, something began to feel off. But because you don't know exactly when it happened, you don't quite know what to change.
