Leadership identity
Leadership identity isn't what you do.
It isn't your style, your approach, or your reputation.
It's what lies underneath all of that.
Most leaders no longer know where their personality ends and that of the role begins - they've been shaped by the job's expectations, crises, successes, and the unspoken acceptance that adaptation means professionalism.
At some point, something starts to feel off. But because you don't know exactly when it happened, you don't know what to change.
That's what my work's about - helping you rediscover your leadership identity. Not a new version of you. But the one that's always been there - before the role started speaking louder than you.
